From 6pm to 7pm, the classes cover a warm up that will not only increase
your heart rate, but improve your flexibility and muscle tone.}

With routines to go along to songs from your favourite arti}

^{sts, you'll be wowing your friends on the dance floor in no time!

So whether you want to have fun, get fit or just dance!, Everybody Dance! is the class for you - so come along and join in!}
